Edward Ku

Christopher McGrath
A passionate 22 year veteran of the financial services industry, Chris oversees the proliferation of BMO ETFs throughout Central Canada, providing support to portfolio managers from downtown Toronto to Winnipeg. He transitioned from Corporate Treasury at RBC to the wealth business in 2005. Between 2006 and 2014, Chris was a significant sales contributor at IA Clarington, helping to grow the asset management company from $5 billion to over $16 billion. Chris joined BMO Global Asset Management in 2014 as Vice President Sales, Downtown Toronto, and has since cultivated many strategic relationships and partnerships, primarily in the IIROC channel.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University, and numerous CSI accreditations. He has conducted hundreds of presentations, and has also been trained in both the Dale Carnegie and Sequoia Systems.

Richard Poulin
Richard Poulin is responsible for servicing both IIROC and MFDA Financial Advisors in the Burlington, Hamilton and Niagara regions, as well as some outlying cities in southwestern Ontario. Prior to joining BMO in 2008, he held a similar sales role at a competitor firm for almost five years, after having spent a number of years as an Associate Financial Advisor at an IIROC firm. Rich graduated from Brock University in 1998, and holds the CIM, FMA and FCSI designations from the Canadian Securities Institute.

Since joining BMO in 2006, Stewart has leveraged his 28 years of sales experience to help Advisors grow and manage their practices, while utilizing BMO’s leading solutions within their portfolios. He began his career in sales with an IBM dealership, followed by Kodak, organizations highly regarded for their outstanding sales and product training. Stewart progressed within these organizations and others over 12 years, from geographic sales regions, to major and then national accounts. He then leveraged his passion for investing and background in sales to become an Investment Advisor, where he successfully built his practice over an eight-year period. Stewart attended McMaster University with a focus on commerce and computer science.

Hamish has 13 years of experience in fixed income sales and trading in the New Zealand markets. Prior to joining BMO Global Asset Management, he gained experience in the Canadian markets at Connor, Clark and Lunn and more recently at Mackenzie Investments.
Hamish has been with BMO GAM for almost two years. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. In his spare time you might find him out skiing, sailing, golfing or more recently mountain biking.
His experience and knowledge of the markets and close collaboration with his extended team allows him to support advisors in growing their wealth businesses.

Drew has more than 5 years of experience growing BMO Global Asset Management’s award-winning suite of Mutual Funds and ETFs. Known for his forward-looking strategic and consultative approach, in collaboration with an expert team of portfolio managers, Drew’s primary focus is on building value-added, customized solutions for Advisors and their clients, including investment analysis, market insights, trade ideas, fixed income, and foreign exchange. Prior to joining BMO, he was a member of an Advisor team providing discretionary investment services. Drew has taken several industry courses with the Canadian Securities Institute and holds a BA Specialization in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.

Daniel Stanley
Daniel Stanley’s 18 years of experience in the capital markets industry includes positions in sales and investment management in Toronto and New York City. During his 7 years at CIBC World Markets he developed expertise in helping advisors use structured products and foreign exchange solutions. He managed global currency exposure at Bloomberg LP, and previously held a role as an investment advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, where he advised clients on security selection and portfolio management. Daniel’s consultative approach to working with investors is well suited to increasing the awareness of BMO ETFs among retail and institutional clients. Daniel is a CFA Charterholder and holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from McGill University.

Erika Toth
Erika Toth brings to the table experience in investment analysis, portfolio construction, and trading of equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, options, ETFs and mutual funds. She is known for her attention to detail and consultative approach in providing support and education to advisors and portfolio managers. Erika is a CFA charter holder and has obtained several licenses with the Canadian Securities Institute in derivatives and options trading. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (double major in Finance and Marketing) from John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal.

Sanjay Singla specializes in supporting financial advisors with best-in-class investment solutions, developing long-term partnerships, and acting as a trusted consultant to provide timely and relevant ideas to help with business building initiatives.
Having worked in the financial services industry since 1998, Sanjay’s experience and expert product knowledge in mutual funds, ETFs and Guaranteed Investment Funds, allows him to better understand advisor motivations and expectations. His goal is to focus on unique strategies, and ultimately, provide advisors with a competitive advantage.

Kirsten joined BMO Global Asset Management in 2013 as the Director of Regional Sales for southwestern Ontario. She has been in the investment industry for approximately 20 years in both a sales and marketing capacity, 12 of which were spent in a Director role. Kirsten holds a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. She is an avid horseback rider and loves all things gastronomic.

Mark Webster
Mark Webster is the Institutional team’s ETF representative for Western Canada. He is accountable for building BMO’s ETF brand in Western Canada and educating the institutional community on the competitive advantages of ETFs. He has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mark began his career as a professional indemnity broker, becoming a vice president at Minet International Professional Indemnity Ltd. (now part of AON), conducting risk analysis for the Big 8 global accounting firms, as well as some of the top U.S. law firms. He has worked as a retail investment advisor with RBC DS, in the mutual fund industry with First Trust Portfolios, and has held several other positions in the pension industry. He brings with him a Master’s degree in Russian History from McGill University and several CSI accreditations.

Jordan Lee
Jordan is Director, Intermediary Distribution for the Etobicoke-Burlington area for BMO Global Asset Management. He has 17 years of experience in the investment industry – and has been working consultatively with advisors in the GTA since 2003. Jordan graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Business Degree, and joined BMO GAM in 2013. Jordan lives in Markham, ON with his wife Tracy and three young boys age 14, 12 and 10 who all are very active in sports.
