Our Digital Service Upgrades

At BMO, we’re focused on providing our customers with a market-leading experience. Over the past year, we’ve been working on further upgrades to our online offering, and we’re excited to confirm that the ‘BMO UK’ App is available to download on the Apple App Store and has recently gone live on the Google Play Store This exciting development follows the ‘BMO Investor Portal‘ which went live in February. More information on these and how to gain access can be found below.

The BMO UK App

Search ‘BMO UK‘ on the App Store or Google Play Store to give you access to all of the below from your mobile or tablet:

  • View valuation and summary of accounts held
  • Retrieve account and fund information
  • View transaction history
  • View account cash holdings and balances
  • View remaining ISA/JISA subscription allowances
  • View primary contact details

BMO Investor Portal

Once you log-in* to the new online portal you’ll have access to the below features:

  • View up-to-date valuations for your account(s)
  • Switch and update your funds
  • Setup or change monthly contributions
  • View documents
  • Update your contact details
  • Make new lump sum investments and/or withdrawals

Please note, some accounts will not currently have full access to all of the available features of the online service.

Nothing will change, except your log-in details

Your investments and plans will remain unchanged and you’ll still speak to the same teams. All you’ll have to do to access the new online portal is re-register for our online service, or sign up for online access if you don’t already have it. The process will be quick and straightforward, and you can contact us should you have any questions or require further information.

We’ll continue to improve our service through 2020, including:

  • A new webchat service – to make it easier to contact us during working hours
  • A more straightforward design – making it even easier to use and find what you need
