    High yield bond funds may have higher yields and are subject to greater credit, market and interest rate risk than higher-rated fixed-income securities.

    The Bank of America Merrill Lynch High Yield Master II Index consists of below investment grade U.S. dollar denominated corporate bonds that are publicly issued in the US domestic and yankee bonds. Issues included in the index have maturities of one year or more and have a credit rating lower than BBB-/Baa3, but are not in default. The index includes domestic high-yield bonds, including deferred interest bonds and payment-in-kind securities.

    Effective March 7, 2017, the BMO Monegy High Yield Bond Fund changed its name to the BMO High Yield Bond Fund.

    Lipper High Yield Index is comprised of funds that aim at high (relative) current yield from fixed-income securities, have no quality or maturity restrictions, and tend to invest in lower-grade debt issues.

    The maximum sales charge (load) imposed on purchases (as a percentage of offering price) is 3.50% for Class A shares. The Class NAV performance does not reflect the deduction of the sales load or fee,and if reflected, the load or fee would reduce the performance quoted.
