The power of partnership
The team dedicated to your company’s account is assembled based on your needs, and it is agile enough to adapt as those needs evolve. Members of your team are drawn from the following areas of specialization:
These professionals have a broad base of knowledge and experience. Their process begins with a thorough review of account operations procedures with your current vendors. They also coordinate with your current representatives to determine the best way to accommodate their needs as we structure the operational aspect of our new relationship.
These professionals have expertise in qualified retirement plans and securities law. They also monitor all pertinent legislative changes for any potential impact on your assets.
Our analysts prepare the required tax forms and other governmental reports for each of your accounts.
The financial reporting analysts ensure the accuracy and timeliness of trust accounting statements.
All cash activity and balances within your accounts are monitored continuously by investment coordinators.
Trade coordinators work with your appointed investment managers to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of security transaction settlements.
These specialists assist you in your administrative duties and address your participants’ needs through a toll-free call center.
