Jose holds a bachelor degree in political science and economics from Rafael Urdaneta University and a master’s degree in global affairs from the University of Toronto. He is a CFA level III exam candidate. Previously, he worked as a senior quantitative research analyst at Orenda Software Solutions, holding that position for over two years.
